Expertise

ICT-law and Intellectual property law

Specialized knowledge and experience in the field of intellectual property rights: trademark, copyright, software protection, patent and protection of know-how require specialized counsel.

Our firm has in-depth knowledge and experience to assist clients in the following areas:

ICT-law

We assist clients and advise them (taking into account the clients’ position as purchasers/sellers, licensors/licensees, customers/service providers) with respect to the negotiation, drafting and/or review of technology, outsourcing and cloud computing contracts, SLA and software and hardware-related agreements.

Intellectual property law

The firm advises and assists clients, principally within the technology sector, regarding protection, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights (including copyright, rights on computer programs and databases, trademarks and domain names), technology licensing and R&D agreements, as well as the review of consortium agreements in the framework of European funded projects such as HORIZON 2020 (formerly FP7), ECSEL and EUREKA-CATRENE, licensing and distribution agreements, and the protection of confidential information (such as NDAs).
