Nicolas Nimmegeers has been a member of the Brussels Bar (Dutch language section) since June 2023. Prior to that, he was a member of the Ghent Bar for almost 3 years. He graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Ghent in 2019. He then pursued an additional Master in Corporate Law at KU. Leuven and graduated in 2020.
Nicolas’ expertise covers corporate law, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, (re)structurings, corporate governance and compliance. Nicolas also practices general commercial law, including dispute resolution and litigation.
Nicolas already gained a broad, but also in-depth knowledge and experience as an associate at a law firm with a true entrepreneurial mentality. In the context of due diligence and corporate restructuring, he has repeatedly participated in transactions that have made the quality headlines.
